Shipping and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the original bill.

Non-returnable items:
  • Broken seal packs of Oils, Break Fluids, Gear Oils, Grease, Steering Fluid, Coolant
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Damaged, scratched, greased products
  • Used products or signs of installation
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without the confirmation of the vendor partner. For product return, a minimum logistic fee will be charged to the customer. There shall be no such charge on the replacement of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 4-5 business days from the date of receiving the product at our warehouse, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Shipping and payment gateway costs are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping will be charged from your refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, request you to first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thebuy.in or call us directly at +91-9810008260.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, login to our website and under the Orders section, click on ‘Return’ for the respective order. Upload a picture of the damaged/defective product and wait for Admin’s approval. We will contact you in 4-6 business hours. In case the admin request for replacement is approved, the logistics partner shall pick the product up (along with original packaging and bill of supply) from your shipping address within 1-2 business days.
